We are looking for a Technical Lead to be accountable for product delivery, drive performance scalability of products and coach and lead teams. You will join a dynamic team of passionate individuals and drive efficiencies and best practices as we grow and mature over the coming years.
We are a software start-up based in Munich, Barcelona, and Prague. We founded in Spring 2020 and two years later we are now already a team of +80 extremely motivated ML Engineers, Data Scientists and Developers.
The Role:
• Lead developer team across layers
• Drive performance and scalability of product
• Bring innovation to development process
• Coach and train other developers
• Take ownership of technical product from concept/prototype to delivery
Your day to day:
• Managing and leading developer team across layers to drive results in time and quality
• Reviewing code and ensuring scalability of solution
• Proactive innovation proposals towards a scalable and fast product
• Continuous performance evaluation of application and elaborating solutions and indications for re-factoring or innovations
• Stay at the forefront of latest technological developments
• Project management and finding solutions for enhancing E2E team
• As the Technical Lead motivate and inspire your colleagues to work efficiently and help to overcome inefficiencies
• Understand business needs and give advice to Management by proposing consistent changes to balance short term needs and technical strategy.
What you need:
• At least 6 years of experience as a software engineer
• Developer background (preferable in .Net/C#).
• 3+ years of experience leading technical teams in a client service capacity.
• Knowledge of database management systems
• Experience in specifying concrete changes and discuss impact/effort and agree it with the developers.
• Good communication skills and flexibility to implement scalable products in a fast-growing start-up environment.
